Our business relies on efficient, economical travel around the world, as we frequently send our team members abroad to make promote our organization. Recently, we had the good fortune to work with Dmitry to book business trips for our team to Africa and Europe. We had complicated and unique requirements for each itinerary, but Dmitry's precision served us very well. Every potential issue was anticipated and resolved ahead of time for us. Dmitry even clued me into a few travel secrets that made my trip more comfortable. Each trip Dmitry planned was impeccable and problem-free. There's no doubt that we will continue to ask Dmitry to work his travel magic for us.
I wish I could give this team more than 5 stars. The price we've got was much much cheaper than what I could find anywhere else on the internet. Den, who helped us, provided a great customer service, answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner (within the same day or sooner).
Will use them again in the future and definitely recommend to others!
My husband has been stationed in Seoul for almost a year. He gets a small break and instead of him coming home for two week i'll be flying to him. I never booked an international flight so I turned to Dmitri to do it all for me. He was very quick to take my business. He started right away looking for a trip since the time frame was so small. I was very pleased when he came back with a reasonable price for air fair. I didn't just get a ticket to see my husband, I got a great contact for future trips. I will be recommending him not only in this review but to family members and friends.
Been doing a lot of research and tried working with a couple of different companies before finding "I fly first class". Very professional and knowledgeable people. Can give you advice on different first/business class cabins. Working with them for 2 solid years now and could not be happier. The only down side is their seats availability is very limited and have to make a decision fast.
We have been looking for a new travel agent for some time, someone who will be responsive and organized. Tried couple of different companies and dealt with some unprofessional people before found I Fly First Class. I am very pleased with their service, they know a lot about different planes, flights, airlines and always giving me a good advice. The only downside that they don't deal with the hotels, their specialization is airfare. But their deals are very good.
I just came home from traveling Europe. The experience was that of a life time. Kate made planning so easy and convenient. I have worked with other travel agents, but she stands apart. The flight she got me on was at a perfect time, and the accommodations were great. I sat in first class, received delicious meals and drinks. Before I knew it we were landing. She even called to make sure I arrived at my destination in France.

I usually don't write reviews. Donna was very friendly and worked with me to match my preferred times so I can make it to the conference on time. Last minute tickets online were $8500 for non stop. She confirmed me first class out and business class in with Lufthansa for $3900. Very happy about savings.
I found this company online and been skeptical at first with all the promised discounts. But after I've tried them a few times I can say that they are always finding something cheaper then airline selling even though I am very particular with the flights that I want to take. Pretty happy with the savings.

A lot of time had to be spent on the phone waiting for the operator (and this is the minor thing to deal with) So I decided to use services that I Fly First offers. It is a time and money saver! Just gave them a call, explained where I need to go and what is my preference (15 min max for me) and done deal. Plus, the prices are super affordable. Great customer services. Definitely, recommend I Fly First Class ( ask for Dmitry or Donna)
