Me and technology dont always go together but iFIT was easy to set up and use. I highly recommend them. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Simply Amazing

IFit has become a necessary tool in my home! It is so convenient and easy to use, my whole family is on board and working out to maintain health while covid ravishes our lives. Im so glad this program exsists in order for my family to stay helathy. There are so many options for diffrent work outs at diffrent skill levels! We are so obsessed we now have a treadmill and bike that has ifit built in and its so easy to switch between diffrent proflies. Couldnt get any better than this.

We purchased a new Treadmill from ifit/NordicTrack and paid an additional $350 for their 'white glove delivery' and setup. Our treadmill was delivered in early December, 2021 and within two feet of carrying the treadmill over our threshold, the delivery team dropped the treadmill and broke it. The team acted like nothing happened and proceeded to carry it up the stairs. They banged into our wooden banister, taking a chunk out of the wood, and then damaged the drywall on the surrounding walls. We called the team out on both the broken plastic frame and the damage to the house and they admitted that they did it and took pictures. We filed a claim the next day with NordicTrack to get the damages handled and have yet to hear back. I have spent well over eight hours on phone calls (and a lot of it waiting on hold) trying to resolve the issue and cannot get a response back, even after three months of calls, chats, emails, etc. I recommend buying from anyone else other than ifit/NordicTrack if you want decent delivery and any help with support issues!

Love my bike

I'm so great full to the IFIT customer service for giving me an opportunity to try out one of there bikes for my honest opinion I put it together in no time at all and started working out right away it's easy to get on and off it's super comfortable easy to use easy to move the bike around the house

Great Cardio at Home!

Bad technology

Had a Nordic rower for 6 months and the iFIT app stats vs the machine stats don't match. After numerous hours with technical support they could not fix the problem. They even installed a new console but the 2 sets of numbers don't match

Then the strap breaks and they just send a strap in a box. No instructions or note that says a technician would contact me. After attempting to install new strap with the help of Utube, I really mess up the machine and in my frustration I call technical support and they say "oh we have someone scheduled and have they contacted you?…. This is after the replacement strap sat in my floor for 2 weeks

Nice guy shows up on time and fixes machine and tells me in a nice way the machine and the app spec's never match when I ask him about the gauges on machine vs iFIT app…. After I spent numerous hours on the phone with tech support

Well now my second strap breaks and I attempt to order a repair on line. I immediately get some type of automatic response but after 48 hrs I really don't think anything is being done. So I call and get transferred to "after factory warranty". The guy has all my info but he expects me to have my serial number. It's late in the day so I have to go home to get the serial number ofvthe only piece of Nordic equipment I have. I call back and they're closed for the day

One can see that the strap breaking is a function of a poor design where the strap rubs on some rough plastic as it comes out of the machine

I guess my only dependable option is to rejoin the local Y and carry the broken machine to the street to end my iFIT frustration

I am very disappointed in iFit Customer Service. After owning an individual membership for many years, on November 17,2023, I tried to renew my individual membership (which expires in early December) and inquired via the chat feature. The iFit representative indicated I could renew my individual membership for two years for $254. I indicated that was acceptable and inquired how I should proceed. The Representative then said "the best option is to wait until my actual membership expired", and "this offer will be available until February 2024". On December 4,2023 I called the toll free number to renew my membership for two years at the $254 rate as described on the chat (which I had printed off). The iFit Representative indicated the $254 offer was no longer available and the best they could do was $180 per year (a total of $360 for two years). I protested and emailed the iFit Representaive a copy of the November 17,2023 chat transcript indicating that iFit should stand behind thier original offer and allow me to renew my individual membership at the promised $254 rate for a two year subscription. After being placed on hold several times and finally speaking to the iFit Representative's Supervisor, the Supervisor indicated that the company changed their pricing policy effective November 30,2023 and the two year subscription for $254 was no longer available. Obviously, I immediately terminated my membership.
It is truly disappointing that iFit will not stand behind their WRITTEN word and honor their offer to renew my membership at the designated terms. It is inconceivable how a company can operate under such unscrupulous methods.

Impressed by iFIT

I am very impressed with the iFIT ProForm bike. It is everything I had hoped for and more. It is high quality and very well built. My family is so happy with how quiet it is and even in a small living space we can use it anytime without bothering anyone else with the noise.
It has so much to offer, easy to make adjustments for a more comfortable workout, toe covers to keep you positioned well, bluetooth connection and a shelf to hold your tablet to watch the iFIT workouts with.
The iFIT software and app have been impressive as well! The bike connects through bluetooth no problem with my tablet, it registers all the correct stats that show on display on the bike and records it to the iFIT program. It automatically adjusts the wheel resistance based on the terrain of my workout, but can also do it manually if I'd rather do it myself. The instructors in the workouts I have participated in so far are great, they talk me through everything from how to adjust the bike best for me, describing what is required in the workout (ie. Hiit workouts, out of the saddle parts of the workout and giving all you got parts of the workout) and pointing out beautiful parts of the view around the virtual location you are working out in. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Great app!

The ifit subscription came free with my ProForm Cycle. I was able to sign up within minutes and get it connected via Bluetooth to my equipment. The ifit app controls the resistance on my cycle, which I love! I can just do the exercise and not have to think/do anything else. I love that the ifit app is compatible with multiple pieces of equipment and can even be used without any equipment (walking outdoors, yoga, meditation). There are sooooo many things you can do with the ifit app when it comes to exercise. Want scenery? The ifit app has classes for that. Prerecorded and live ones. Want a studio style class? The ifit app has that. Want TED talks to listen to while you workout? Ifit app. Want nutrition advice? Ifit app. There's a plethora of things to listen to/see while you workout. The ifit app has everything from mind/body searching to solid motivation in your ear. Whatever you fancy, the ifit app has it.

My favorite part about the ifit app, outside of tracking my exercises and allowing me to be involved in challenges, is that I can browse and save workouts for future use. I can scroll, at anytime, through the app and see what all is offered. Save it and then I have something to look forward to. Many of the workouts are a "series", so you don't have to think about the next workout, you just start with the first one and then you go on to the next. The ifit app does majority of the thinking for you, all you have to do, is the actual workout. But they make that fun and easy too!

Several years ago I bought an Elliptical Machine to stay fit, and it has IFIT for workout applications. You would log in to the IFIT server and the WIFI would transfer the workouts to my machine. Here is the problem, my machine will no longer support the newer software on IFIT and it is now making my machine obsolete. I was able to run the MAP workouts and the VIDEOS with no problems before. First, the LIVE workouts became unavailable, then the MAP-BASED WORKOUTS and the RECORDED VIDEO WORKOUTS became unavailable to my machine. Nothing works now. I lost the last month of workouts with IFIT and customer service was not helpful at all. They basically told me there was nothing they can do once my older machine software became outdated. So, I would have to buy a new machine to continue working out with IFIT. Now, the company might as well change its name to IFAT, because that is the position they are putting me in. These machines are very expensive and their answer would be for me to buy a new machine. They get you when they change their software. I will NEVER buy an IFIT machine any longer. Their customer service is useless just as well as IFIT is.

My husband and I have been working on building our home gym due to his lack of access to a facility at work. We have cut back expenses and researched the cost of a treadmill plus iFit or a gym membership. We went with iFit and the gym membership and couldn't be happier! I was a little apprehensive at first but when I discovered how amazing he iFit community is, I settled in to a wonderful rhythm full of competition, support, and fun. I love the different programs and how you can learn about an area while walking. My first experience was the "Lukla to Phakding, Khumbu Valley, Nepal" hike. I had no idea what I was getting into but I loved every moment of it. I loved how the treadmill adjusted as we walked and I was told about the wonderful area and culture. I love how I was able to see the beautiful area these trainers were walking in. It motivated me to keep going! When I am not in the mood for a program and display I just do a manual work out that gives all my stats right on my phone. The cost was well worth it and way less than a gym membership with trainer!
