I can ride aggressively with confidence and feel secure. Understanding the instructions and assembly was fairly simple as far as instruction manuals go. I am really having fun with the iFit app! It really drives me to step it up!

The IFit app has so many options. You can choose beginners level, intermediate and hard. The range of workouts are amazing. They have nature and city sceneries too, which are relaxing. For the most part they play pretty good music but some of it is kind of odd lol. I also like that there's the ability to start a manual workout. You have the option to follow their plans or you can do what you want too. There's such a gigantic range of workout possibilities! It's nice not to be constrained. For my honest opinion, I was sent a product at a lower rate.

Recently I was given a Proform bike that included a 30 day trial of iFit and I am amazed at the workout options available! Everything from just starting to advanced and all levels between! I would definitely recommend this program!

This company is amazing, the ifit programs are excellent. Working out at home I give up easily because I have no one to push me, the trainers talk throughout the whole thing and they say keep going which is great because I feel like I always want to give up. Customer service is great as well, I am not tech savvy and couldn't figure out how to do things and they helped me without any issues. Everything has been great! I've been wanting ProForm equipment for a while since using it at my gym. I went with an elliptical. I love the iFIT workouts. You will not get bored with iFit. There are so many choices! There are classes for beginners, experts and everyone in-between. I love trying out the different instructors. Many machines have bluetooth pairing so the instructors are able to auto change your resistance and speed. No slacking here, ha! I love everything about iFit. I highly recommend the membership.

This is a great little massage gun. Comes charged and ready to go. Has a power light and lights for various levels of power. Multiple massage adaptors and comes all in a little carrying case that can easily be tucked away. Its a little gem!

I'm having overall great experience with the exercise machine and customer service right from shipping, assembly and activation. They value our time and offer great service whenever needed. The assembly instructions was easy to follow and do the job. Machine connects to the app on the phone instantly and automatically. Machine and app both quite well and stats are available on both. On the app we get to choose different workout based on what we need to accomplish and workout sessions keep advancing to next levels as we continue working out. When I first received my proform elliptical I had no clue where to start with the iFit program. Im not too good with technology so I reach out to the iFit company for some help. They were extremely helpful and super friendly. They answered all of my questions, walked me through the program, and even gave me more tips and information about it! They never once made me feel like a burden for all of my questions. Once I got started with the iFit program I was beyond amazed! Im not sure what I was exactly expecting but this is far more than whatever it was. The trainers are amazing and really motivating! There are endless workout to do all over the world. You can do workouts specific to your equipment or to things such as yoga. It has everything! I can not express how much of a difference having iFit in my workout has helped.
