While setting up my treadmill I needed to call customer service for some help with updating the software. They were very helpful and I was pleased with the level of care they gave me. They listened to what was happening, got all the details they needed, and was able to provide a solution within about 5 minutes. They walked me through what I needed to do and made sure that I was happy before I got off the phone. I've never had a more helpful call. Once I was all set up I was really blown away by the level of choices through iFit. I can choose from so many workouts and the few that I've done so far all are very fun and motivating. I choose the NordicTrack spin bike because I wanted something I could enjoy in my home. The ifit program really opened my eyes to a new world. The NordicTrack products at the gym have always been my favorite. You take that and add ifit and you get a new experience. IFit is a great brand and I recently bought a proform spin bike. The bike comes with a 30 day free subscription to a iFit app. The app has a large range of videos to suit one's needs. It also provides access to live classes which I love taking and challenging myself. It keeps me motivated to complete my exercises. I was provided this bike at a discounted rate for my opinion.

I decided to try out ifit and im glad i did because it has motivated me getting me back to working out its been so hard during the pandemic lately but I've used my spin bike every day multiple times a day now and it has exceeded my expectations. It works great.

I originally purchased the Pro-Form compact treadmill because my local gym had shut down during the pandemic and I wanted a way to continue my fitness routine. The things that initially drew me to this product were price and the fact that it was a space saving design. I have come to appreciate not only those two items but the IFit subscription as well. This is such a great combination for those looking to either start a fitness routine or to up their fitness game. I now have no intention on returning to the gym anytime in the future. I've done workouts through multiple companies including some super popular brands like Beachbody. They were helpful and I'm not saying anything bad about them except for they got super boring for me. IFit has created workouts that do NOT get boring. There are way too many to choose from to get bored. You just can't. Mountains, hills, caves, beaches, and even studio workouts. I'm so in love with this. My bike and treadmill are keeping me sane while I've been on lockdown.

Hi all, my experience with iFit has been fantastic so far. The sign up experience is quick and easy and you can save your personal stats and goals within you profile. So far, I've really enjoyed the classes that take you through nature as it helps me stay focused on my workout and distract myself from looking at the clock (lol). Overall there is truly a different style workout for each individual out there ranging from incline hiking to full on HIIT workouts. I have been very pleased with my experience so far!
