I'm so excited to have iFIT as a part of my daily exercise routine. Especially on my treadmill. Their challenges and workouts offered help me to stay motivated and in tune with my goals. The trainers are positive and full of great information as you go through their workouts. Customer service is helpful if you need a little guidance paring your machine with the program. IFIT has changed the game for me and turned my workouts up a notch. I am working hard to loose these pounds put on during the pandemic. I refuse to go into the gym I still don't feel as though its safe. So I made the decision to get home equipment and go hard from home. The live and on demand workouts give variety at my fingertips. I love the beautiful scene I can view on my large screen while working out. My treadmill speed and incline will auto adjust when working with a live trainer. I purchased the proform 2000 treadmill and it came with a one year membership to iFit. This is an amazing program and better than a personal trainer at a gym! There are so many trainers and scenes to choose from! As well as beginner to advanced options. Definitely recommend for anyone working out at home!

I like the multiple workout options as it gives everyone in the house something to use. The iFit trainers are motivational and encouraging. Being able to have such great quality workouts at home is wonderful especially at this time with Covid. It really does have an appeal to all ages. My kids use the back, as well my husband and myself. I like that we can do yoga as well as cycling. It becomes a universal equipment rather than just for one singular use.

I have had a great experience working with iFIT. Love their membership program so I have access to so many great workouts. I really love the walking tours around the world. The detail and effort it took to make those workouts is greatly appreciated, especially in the times we're living in with less travel opportunities. The elliptical machine works great in my small home. I love that it connects via Bluetooth to track my workouts with the iFIT programs. I feel so engaged and motivated to continue to do more! I did have a bit of an issue connecting my phone and tablet to the app. I called customer service and they informed me that only one device can be connected at a time. They even guided me through it and waited until everything was connected successfully. The iFIT workout programs have great options. It suggests workout programs that help meet your goal once you complete the iFIT program goal questions. I'm so impressed with everything this machine provides. It's challenging and fun. Just received my treadmill a few weeks ago, and let me tell you I've not been disappointed. It's so easy to use! IFIT has so many fun exercises to do! I can do a single workout or a series. Even the teens are getting in on it. Just walked mountain side and was so busy checking out the scenery that I forgot I was working out until it was finished. I received discounted product for my honest opinion.

I will start with the packaging. The item comes packaged well and all pieces arrived in good condition. Upon opening the item I found the task of assembling all the pieces to be a bit challenging. The instructions were difficult to follow for me and I required the help of my mechanically inclined husband to finish the assembly. Once properly assembled it's seemed to be a sturdy well built unit made of high quality materials with a well thought out design. It's fully capable of giving me a full workout and challenging me for physical gains in my quest for a healthier body. All and all it's a quality bike that's worth the money. My only complaint is the difficulty in assembling the unit after shipping it does take moderate mechanical skills and a man's strength to tighten some of the bolts.

The ifit program is awesome. I love how I can work out around the globe virtually. The live races and opportunity to earn medals are so neat! Customer service was amazing when I had a question on my membership, and they solved my issue quickly!

Tried the gym and it kind of works for me, but im not a huge fan of all the people. I got the cadence compact 300 and im loving it. It folds up to keep my kids off of it, had a heavy duty clasp to keep it folded. Its been great to steal 10 minutes here or there, a relief. The customer service has been nice and polite. They had quick and easy answers and I wasn't on hold all day. I was offered a discount if I'd share my thoughts about it.

I purchased a ProForm Indoor Bike and I use it with the iFit app. The first month was free but the coaches and classes are so fun and keep me motivated - so I immediately joined for the year! There are hundreds of different classes and scenic rides. We've had to stop most travel during the pandemic so while I enjoy the high intensity classes it's really been fun to do the scenic rides. The bike was relatively simple to assemble as it came with all tools, and it is a quiet and smooth ride. I did receive a discount in exchange for my fair review, which I'm leaving now since I've been using the bike and the iFit program for awhile. I did have an issue when I upgraded to the annual membership (operator error!) and I called iFit customer service - they were super friendly and resolved the matter in less than 5 minutes. Definitely a great company to work with!
