iFit

I have sent at least 2 messages about the iFit site and app not syncing my step count to google fit event though I have set up the programs to be connected. This company is great with hawking new products but they are lousy at supporting them.

I have submitted two online support requests for assistance. Have waited for over an hour on the phone for support to discuss a power issue with my bike and have had no response. I have a online chat still just spinning waiting for support. This is so upsetting. Not sure what is going on with Ifit but their customer service is extremely poor. Be careful.

They can have better customer service representatives and policies that align with their customers. I suspended my membership a year ago because of an injury, I was not aware that my membership for private coach lessons was reactivated by IFIT, I began to incur monthly charges of $40 and just noticed them on my credit card. When I called and asked for a refund for at least this month that I just got charged for, they said no. I never used the coach lessons but paid anyway, then when I ask for 1 month to get credited, for what they see in the system I have not used in over a year, the answer is, NO. I will never use this company again or any other company that is associated with them for their horrible service policies.

I bought an equipment from them and it stopped working after few days, they sent me some parts and still it didn't fix the issue. Their 1 year free membership is a scam, you will never use it and they will charge you after the free trial and they will never refund you for that.

I bough the bike and the bike is working fine. I also signed up to the iFIT app which is where my issues started. The email account I used locked me out after sign up and I couldn't reset it. I used another email account as I wanted to get the bike up and running. Both accounts required a credit card but there was a free 30 day trial period. Plenty of time to sort out I would think. Sent a support request immediately and then several follow ups before I was then charged twice at 30 days. 2 months later I finally get a response that they can't supply a refund for one of the amounts as it is against their policy. I have since looked at reviews on iFIT and 70% were 1 star with lots of complaints about support and billing. Only buy this bike if you don't want to connect to an app.

If you are struggling to find the motivation to workout at home, look no further! I have never found a program that I could stick with or that kept my interest until now! The variety of workouts, on and off equipment make it so new and fun! I love exploring all the different workout destinations they travel to and seeing all the scenery! I love that you can start at any skill level and it builds from that while teaching you proper form! As a stay at home mom the gym was always few and far between but I knew I was not the type to just walk on the treadmill or spin on a bike, however the trainers are so engaging and motivating it's like you're working out with them! Cannot recommend it enough!

I have been using this great exercise bike for about 3 weeks and I'm really enjoying how comfortable it is! One of the perks is that their customer service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable! I called to inquire about how to take advantage of their subscription services and the person sho answered was very helpful! So far, I've kept to my commitment to regular workouts and am very satisfied with this product! Turning 61 in a couple of weeks so I'm excited to get in shape! I really enjoy this company and all of its exciting apps and workouts. It was so easy to set up and I didn't run into any issue at all. It does come with a free 30 day trial which I still have activated but when it expires I plan on keeping my subscription. This app is so motivating that I never get bored with my workouts and I'm excited every morning. The company came with a lot of extra support and contact info but luckily I haven't had to contact them yet. Such a great idea and it really does help keep me motivated.

I now love iFit. Honestly, I now can't imagine using a treadmill or stationary bike without iFit. Why do we (as humans) buy treadmills just to gather dust in our basements? Because they are so insanely boring to run on! I admit, we had a treadmill that did this, even though we used it off and on. Now that we have an iFit equipped treadmill it is actually a fun part of the day to go on a run. You just follow a series or program with a fun trainer that adjusts all the settings for you as you go and you get to see some beautiful sights around the world. You don't have to do a bunch of research to figure out what workout program is right for you, instead, you just jump on and do the next run in the series. I love it, and would definitely recommend.

I am pleased with my experience with iFIT. I needed to adjust my fitness routine to accommodate lower back problems and have added a recombinant bike. IFIT has provided a good product and a good price. The bike delivered timely and without issues, it was easy to put together and serves its purpose well. Thank you iFIT for helping me make good lifestyle changes that don't break the bank or my back!

The Pro-Form CX spin bike is a multi faceted machine that can help with your exercise needs. IFIT program allows and encourages workout variety. Different levels and style of workouts keep you involved and motivated. Only problem was connecting initially with Bluetooth on bike. Company very helpful with resolving this issue. I received this product at a reduced price in return for a honest review.

All of the instructors on the iFit program are so amazing! I can't wait to get home from work and do my daily workout. Very easy to navigate around.

I recommend ifit for you own personal at home trainer. I was hesitant, but once signed up and using, wont go back, lots of programs to choose from, easy to use and helps keep me motivated to work out.
