This amazing program on my treadmill is fantastic. It's user friendly and you can set it to beginner if needed or advance it. I love how it keeps you motivated and it doesn't get boring. Once you start you can't stop it's addicting. I rave to all my friends and family.

I received a NordicTrack elliptical a few weeks ago. I love the iFit programs. The Long Bay Beach workout is fun and can the challenge level can be adjusted for different fitness levels. The app on my phone is easy to navigate and the fact that it syncs with my equipment is a huge bonus! I did receive my product at a discount for my unbiased opinion.

Labeled for level of difficulty which gives you an idea of what you are attempting with your workout. The quality of the workout graphics / video/ sound is great as well. I didn't have to do much to Keri bc. Open the app and start a workout is basically how it goes. The customer service does not take a lot to reach in fact the iFIT Facebook page is extremely responsive and helpful - at least for technical issues as I had. It's hard to review my iFit account without talking about my workout equipment, but I activated my account before my machine was assembled - that is how much I knew I'd appreciate the support of a trainer from iFit. With iFit, I actually have several trainers from to choose from to keep me motivated to USE my equipment. I love the on-demand varieties and it is so neat to be able to workout in different virtual locations. I am never bored using my iFit. I recently purchased a proform pro c22 bike and it came with a year of ifit. I absolutely love this program. I had thought about going to the gym but with young kids it is hard. That piece of equipment came with a free membership for one year, but I will be renewing once the year is up. The trainers talk with you and help you get through the workout by pushing you and helping you push forward. Each workout helps you move toward the next one. If you are looking for a little variety in your workouts, this program is a must! The trainings are amazing! They take you to the best places so you get to enjoy some beautiful scenery during your workouts and you never get bored. The trainers are motivational and engaging which makes the time past quickly. IFIT actually makes me WANT to get on my bike! AND, the workouts don't end on the bike as there are so many other ones available, even YOGA! We are definitely enjoying and using our bike so much more with the addition of iFIT!

I've used home exercise equipment and it got the job done, but I didn't expect iFit to make such a difference. Personalized workouts with friendly trainers and awesome scenery has made me really want to work out. Since Covid, we've stayed home a lot. I've missed getting out. I finally decided to get a NordicTrack treadmill and attempt to get back in shape. I may not get to travel, but iFit lets me see and hear about new places as I walk with the trainers on the trails. I exercised some because I needed to before I had iFit, but I definitely didn't love it. I look forward to my walk now, seeing somewhere new. It's nice that it learns my preferences and adjusts my workouts to be challenging but manageable for me. It's also nice to have the app so I can continue my workouts when I can't use my equipment.
