When we were looking for a television we were hesitant to purchase from an unknown online company, but after reading through many reviews we felt confident with our purchase from ielectrica.com. Our television, Samsung -UN75JU7100, arrived in a timely manner with the packaging undamaged. Everything worked perfectly. We have had our television since February 2016 with no actual television issues or problems. We have had to replace our remote twice, only because the remotes are fragile to dropping, even from 12 inches from the ground. No outside components were broken on the remote, however, the volume and channel buttons were sporadic in functioning afterwards and eventually became inoperable. I would definitely recommend buying a silicone cover - they're slippery devils without it. My family loves the quality of the picture of this television it is sharp and brilliant in the display. No regrets with going with a bigger size than at first desired. It made watching the Olympics and Game of thrones so much more enjoyable. It has been an excellent purchase and would highly recommend this television and ielectrica.com.

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.
