Bought a samsung 75 inch qled7fn. Price was good. It was made in Mexico, called Samsung an they applied a 1 yr warranty. Shipping was slow but arrived in good shape. They unboxed it and turned it on to check for damage. Would use ielectrica again.
Decent experience. The price I ordered it for was not honored. I received a call a day later saying I needed to pay 300.00 for delivery insurance. The people were nice. Delivery was a little slow.

This order was originally lost in shipping. IELECTRICA was great, Instead of trying to chase down what happened, they shipped a second TV immediately. That one arrived in good order and and everything was as it should be. Great service, great price I will do business again.
I electrics was great. Fantastic price and I got exactly what I ordered. Shipping was a little slow, but it was delivered as according to the tracking info.
Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
