My order took 3 weeks to deliver and when the shipping company that was used to deliver my product advised the tv would come on a Friday, I took time off of work to be there. It didn't show up until the following Tuesday. I will give props for the pricing so I guess that is the trade-off.

I Electra was good to work with. The Samsung TV I bought had some big expensive problems at 20 months. It was surprising because it was a very expensive TV. Would have thought a top of the line TV would last longer than 20 months. Very disappointed!

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
