The only way it could suck more is by adding content to their web site. Reports are not printable, pulling a report usually doesn't work during off hours. This usually means that the company is either super strapped for cash, can't afford proper maintenance, or administration. This is really a bad (hosed up) site.
This website sucks, I paid for a report and I never got it. It showed that it was busy for 15 minutes and I never received this report.
I stopped using the web site because EVERYTIME i tried it refused saying i'de got the password or user name wrong so ide change the password via the email i registered with and it still wouldnt let me log in. So left it a few mnts thinkin perhaps it WAS me or they had teethin troubles but went back and same old same old. So ive given. ITS CRAP
I started a subscription with ID true so that I could check on one person. I only needed a little information about a person who had been killed in an accident and I was helping his wife look for any hidden bank accounts or life insurance information that she didn't know about. As soon as I ran all of the reports I canceled my subscription. Now six months later I happened to see that I'm still being charged. It's my fault for not diligently looking over my credit card charges. But after canceling I have continued to pay $38 a month for the past six months on a service that I have not used.
I signed up today. I wanted to see the accuracy of their reports, so I ran a couple people I know have criminal records. They showed nothing for records. What good is this information if it isn't complete? It indicated you could cancel via email. NOT! I am going to try to call tomorrow to cancel. The information takes forever to load, you have to keep doing the click the pictures, I'm not a robot thing. None of the checks I did were accurate at all. I hope I am not going to have trouble cancelling. Wish I had done my review homework first.

The search results provided incomplete and errronus information. I was un able to log into the website after the initial search even though I was charged for monthly access. The error message I repeatedly received said to many redirects to load page. Do not use.
Do not pay for this service! It only lets you do a couple of searches (which are missing most of the information!) and then it blocks you, so that the page wont even load! They will scam you! RUN FAR AWAY FROM IDTRUE!
Called ID TRUE 5 minutes after signing up. They cancelled the account. If I did not call then there would be a repeating charge on my charge card. This is not noted obviously on the site. Not to mention it does not work. Period. I am a landlord and have used background check sites. This site is a total ripoff.
Sales rep told me I would still be charged a $9.95 ACCOUNT SETUP FEE.
This is outrageous. I suggested it would be good business practice to refund the entire charge and have positive reviews as I was going to call my credit card company to block the charge anyway.
The customer rep told me there was no way to get my money back.
So they ripoff millions this way by reinterpreting the initial charge as a "SETUP CHARGE" when there is a dispute.
And, the site does not work.
Hindsight is always 20 20. Wish I had read the reviews and researched ID True before I let them have my money. Tried to run a report after signing up and all I got was a page saying "loading report". After letting that run for about 30+ minutes, I closed my browser and tried again. Same results again. This site is a bonafide ripoff. Time to contact my credit card, the FTC and the CFPB/
Charges your card until you die or card expires.
Don't give out your credit card to them. They'll keep billing until you have to cancel your card
It claims to be a free service and then charge you to see it. This along with the other reviews shows this to be a money grabbing service.
This site sucks! It says they'll give you info on particular subjects, but they only give you $#*! you can find on Google, and it's harder than hell to cancel! I only wanted to find info on 2 people, and they were NO help!

Reports never come up and they never answer the phone. I didn't get the fre trial, they charged me immediately. I want my money back!
Signed up for the $1.00 Five Day Trial Membership to try it out. Cancelled on the fifth day and they tried to charge my credit card $29.95. DON'T USE AS THIS COMPANY HAS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A "TRUE" RIP OFF.

I see a lot of reviews, but I signed up for the service, and the report gave me just what I needed to find. I called in to talk to customer service and talked to Ashley, and she was very helpful about my account.
