The other reviewers are right. This company not only refuses to deliver reports but they NEVER remove your information. They are a sleazy scam just like the other people search engines. They have duplicate profiles of everyone on their site. Their "opt-out" feature does nothing. Your idtrue "profile" will still appear in google searches and on idtrue's site as well. Calling them is a waste of time, they pretend supervisors don't exist there and play dumb. There IS something you can do about it and you don't need to hire a lawyer. You HAVE to contact your state's attorney general or governor's office which will have a consumer complaint division. There you just have to type in the complaint and the state will investigate. You also NEED to submit a complaint through the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1.
The FTC and state governments will file a lawsuit against those idiots when enough complaints are received by their offices. They did it with directv among others and it was only because enough people spoke up. Idtrue doesn't care that stalking victims requests to opt out are ignored!
Don't buy anything from this scam company. The customer service alone should let you know to stay away from them. They will be out of business soon anyway!
