Disconnected twice.
Third time the agent could not hear me.
In a nut shell, I spent hours trying to obtain information on how to submit an FD-258 finger print card by mail.
I have to get fingerprinted at a local police station since the nearest Identogo facility is 200 miles away.
I live in Miami and the nearest office is in Tampa. Tampa, seriously.
A couple of agents have directed me to the web site to get instructions on how to send by mail.
That information is not on the site. It keeps making me schedule an appointment.
I still have not figured out how to make this work. You would think a company entrusted with your fingerprints would know what they are doing. There should be an option for 0 starts in this review.
Ridiculous.

I never left a place I was supposed to be in for 10/15 mins in tears first my appointment was at 10:40 I was late two mins I didn't think that was a problem I was the only one in the waiting room maybe 10 mins later the small room was filled with about 6 people mins u only three chairs was very tight were all still waiting an people start to complain so everyone's asking when they were scheduled ever one was after me an someone got called before me mind you I have my toddler with me so after that lady left I asked her when are you gunna call my name she got rude an explained that she was backed up an I was like that's okay are u gunna take me in though so she does an my toddle goes to climb on the seat that was in there an this woman starts yelling at my baby to sit down an an I look at her an tell her not to yell at my child before she has to climb on the chair to sit two more older lady's come from the connecting room an also yells at my child to sit down while she's in the process to sit an she's look at them like why are they yell if I'm trying to sit an after we were done with the finger prints the lady goes You welcome in such a rude tone an I told her I'm not saying thank you yelled at my 2 year old so upset

Setting up an IdentoGO fingerprinting appointment is pretty simple and easy. However, after the fingerprint you're out of luck. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my fingerprint to be processed. There are no customer service people to help, and there is no information about why the process is taking so long. This is a roadblock that is preventing me from being able to work and it's infuriating that it takes so long and you can't get information about when or if it will be processed.

First, why make 1:30 appointments and repeatedly send notices to arrive early, if they absolutely refuse to even speak to you, or even acknowledge you, if you arrive before 1:30--AS THEY SUGGESTED! Also, they act as if it is an affront if you actually walk in the door. The literature suggest early arrival in case you have questions, etc. However, they are unable to answer any questions! There is a rehearsed script, and the answer to any question is I DON'T KNOW. I want precheck specifically because I have a metal prosthesis -- how dare I ask a question about how precheck works with that--they don't know. We arrived early--AGAIN AS INSTRUCTED--and asked to use the restroom and were rudely told "It's out there" but were not give a key to used the locked restroom. Yes, there's a restroom but you can't use it because we won't unlock it. Identogo's hiring manager should be fired for hiring the Dastardly Duo in the Poughkeepsie office.

My husband and I paid for finger print checks. We received an email saying they were ready but when we opened our emails both were blank. We tried this from different computers, phones etc so we called them and were told they were escalating the this case to give us a credit to do them again (big inconvenience.) we called multiple times over the next few weeks and no one did anything to assist but give us another number to call where another associate didn't help. Waste of hundreds of dollars so we are using fieldprint instead

As a physician, I had to go through IdentoGo to get fingerprinted in the state of Pennsylvania for credentialing at Lehigh Valley Health System. Most places accept fingerprints done officially at any State Police or FBI location. However, the required I travel to Pennsylvania and do my fingerprints at a PA IdentoGo location. This required me to drive 10 hours round trip to get this done. So, I went. When I sent, I followed their instructions and a young gentleman helped me get the fingerprints done. When I asked about payment he said, "You have vouchers, so no payment is due." Months later, the fingerprints were never processed. NO ONE called me or emailed me to let me know. Apparently the vouchers given to me were OUT OF DATE. So instead of doing the logical thing and calling or emailing me, they just sat on the fingerprints and never processed them. Are you kidding me? I tried to get hold of a human 20 times over a week. Everytime I pushed the right prompt only to get disconnected. I finally reached the Colorado IdentoGo offices who transferred me. When I finally got hold of someone she said "your vouchers they gave you were expired so we didn't process your fingerprints." I then paid over the phone and they processed them. Took another few weeks. This company is absolutely WORTHLESS.

WESTBURY...The one girl working there on 5/30/23@ 4:53 is NASTY, rude and NOT SURE how she is employed. Doing fingerprinting right before you have to verify your information, NOT SURE how this happened because she had the ID in her hand - the name was not even spelled right, SHE HAD THE ID IN HER HAND. She asked for the social security number and I entered it into the key pad and when I looked up at the school my whole ss# was VISIBLE, that is a BIG NO NO, when I asked her about it she said that is how it is. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Missy that is a BIG NO NO. I am trying to figure out how to report this and to whom. She then called some guy over, may have been her boss, when I mentioned it to him he said NOTHING ABOUT IT. Then as she asked for payment and I handed her my card, she proceeded to pass my card through the machine, turns looks at me and has the nerve to ask me if that was my card. UUUMMM for real. What type of question is that? So now she hands me the receipt and tells me I have to give one to the school as proof BUT how are you handing me something with personal information like the last 4 numbers to my credit card and tells me that is the receipt for the school. Again, NOOOOO...So again this guys whom I guess is the owner, manager, supervisor or whatever tells me that he is a retired detective and that NO ONE can do anything with the last 4 numbers of my credit card...were you really a detective?
WESTBURY is definitely not the place to go.
I give NO STARS if I could, I was forced to give them ONE STAR

Where are you?

I scheduled my TSA pre check at the location in Omaha for a Saturday appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early. When I got there the building was locked and all lights were off. There were two different hours of operation listed on the door, not confusing at all. One showed open on Saturday, one showed closed. I am guessing they are going by the closed on Saturday list as all lights were off and no one was around. Why could I book an appointment through the website for Saturday?

Terrible attitude

I don't understand why a staff Melissa was so rude.After trying to schedule for an appointment a couple of times without success I contacted them,this lady helped me out but with an attitude and ended up yelling at me that I should not mess around with the system as if I intentionally jammed their system.I felt so offended since I politely asked for help.

Agent did not show up, company did not even notify me. Some real estate agent next door had to let me know. Never got refund. This company is fraudulent. Sadly most people are forced to use them. Good luck.

Disappointed to say the least,. With my experience at Identogo in Poughkeepsie NY. Whom -ever worked day shift shouldn't have a job! She is so rude and unprofessional! She doesn't greet anyone! When she is the First person & Only employee there! So, it's just such an, uncomfortable, miserable experience. But, SHE CREATES IT! It's real professional to have hired someone that unprofessional.

Even my 11 yr old son walked out and said Mom, she shouldn't say to customers, "What do you want!?! Especially when u are working. U politely greet them when they say hello. Sad a child needs to correct an adults poor behavior!
It's unfortunate that a child has to witness unfortunate situations that shouldn't have been an issue to begin with! This is her job! If she is that unhappy, then maybe it's time she move on. Or it's time they do training again & go over what," being professional" means. I saw her sign in book. I was the 3rd. Person! Not like she's got a line out the door.It was mid day & Her phone was going off the whole time we were there for my appointment. She got annoyed with me because I asked if I was in the correct place, when I walked in.
I was going to hold my tongue, and pray for her. Clearly she was dealing with something much bigger. But, honestly, I remained calm. That said, I still let her know that, she is extremely unprofessional...Not my job to tell her how to to do her job! But she signed up for this job and probably smiled her way through her interviewing process. Those skills were part of her position when hired. But, when ur being nothing but rude to a customer who is being respectful & polite. It's says a lot about the person. Either way, where is the ( Customer Service) nowadays? We all have bad days! We all have stress! She even went as far as giving me a sarcastic apology about not being sweet enough for me. Wow! I just have to laugh! Like it's just getting worse out there. Like I feel sry for her. I can't imagine waking up that way everyday. It must be hard to be unhappy. Either way, I won't be bk!

Terrible company.

I lost my hazmat endorsement on my commercial drivers license because of them. They claimed there was a problem with my payment for the background check. After several calls to their national number, without being able to speak with customer service, I screen shot the bank statement showing the payment, and sent it to one of the employees at our local branch. I never received any communication from them at all, but a week later there was a refund, for the background check they claimed I didn't pay for,on my bank statement. I was fortunate enough to get the attention of one of our state representatives. He listened to my story, and secured an extension of my hazmat, and I was able to return to work after a week off without pay. I have since paid Identogo again and am now hoping they will finish my background check before the extension runs out. I also had to retake the hazmat test at DMV cost $ 11.00, then had to get a temporary paper license showing the hazmat endorsement cost $11.00. To sum it up, while they did refund my money for their mistake, there was no explanation or apology much less any help with the $ 22.00 spent at the DMV or the week of work I missed. Identogo has no customer service because they don't have to. They hold a federal contract for doing all hazmat background checks. If you want the hazmat endorsement you have to use them.

Easy Peasy!

After scheduling appointments online a week prior, my husband, son and I visited the IdentoGO branch on Park Ten Blvd in SATX. Although our appointments were 08:20AM, 08:30AM & 08:40AM, we were greeted cordially upon arrival at 08:00AM and expeditiously assisted by Irene, who captured our fingerprints electronically for our License-to-Carry applications with DPS, retrieved payment for the service and took our photos! It was a pleasant experience for the three of us!

Not sanitary

If a person is touching another very firmly, they should be wearing gloves. It is NOT sanitary to have touching without gloves. There is a public health consideration here that they are obvilious to. They are- like way too many "coroporations" - ripping off the government and taking advantage of others in the process. Also, their machines don't seem to be very good since they had to repeat the process several times- again, not sanitary.

Nightmare at Identogo

As you can see, the website shows 4:30 pm as the closing time. However, yesterday after my appointment, a guy came in for his appointment at 4:00 pm.
The guy: May I get my fingerprints done? I need it for my hospital job.
The employee: No, there's a snowstorm coming, and I have to close the machine. You can always reschedule it.
There were still 30 minutes away from closing time; it was sufficient time to finish his appointment diligently.

Total waste of time and money!

I went in for a typical FBI identity history check and never got my results. After several attempts to find out where my results were, I would get things like "call this number" or "I don't deal with that state" never getting a clear answer. I finally got the answers I was looking for but it was too late to view my results. The reason for this issue is that all my information was incorrectly entered into the system so I never got notification my results were ready to view. In order to get the results I will have to spend another $50.00 to begin a new inquiry and take more time out of my already busy day. There is no compensation or discount available which I find irritating as it was their clerical error which caused the lack of communication to let me know when they were available. Identogo is a waste of space and needs to do the right thing when they are the ones who messed up to begin with. My several attempts to find out the results via phone call resulted in a run around time and time again. I will not use Identogo again and will advise others to avoid using them at any cost. Thanks for wasting my time and money Identogo!
