The company's reputation is significantly marred by widespread dissatisfaction regarding customer service and operational inefficiencies. Customers frequently report poor communication, rudeness from staff, and difficulty accessing support, leading to frustration over service delays and unfulfilled appointments. While there are isolated instances of friendly and efficient service, these are overshadowed by complaints about unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability. Overall, the sentiment reflects a pressing need for improved training, clearer operational protocols, and enhanced customer support to rebuild trust and ensure a reliable service experience.

Was physically attacked at Binghamton Chenango St location by an employee that was upset I was using my phone that another employee asked me to look up information with.
I am calling the phone number to make complaint. The service provided was so rude and disrespectful at the site in Mid Rivers Mall Dr. in St. Peters MO. Trying to get someone on the phone to help took over an hour and mutliple calls to different numbers. However, lady I got hold of was amazing, and fixed everything. I explained all the details to her at the site and she put in complaint and gave me a number to call talk to someone about poor customer service. This was not the first complaint she has had about this office.
I had an appointment in the Poughkeepsie office, showed up to a locked door and no other information - the people next door had no clue - said this happens a lot - there were five sets of people there with appointments! I'm looking for another service. This was just awful - some said they received an email cancellation - I received absolutely NOTHING. Terrible business practice.
Our state has contracted with these people who are horrible. They stole $52.00 and gave me nothing in return. The customer service number they gave me was not even theirs. All numbers lead to making appointments but nothing for those of us who require the results of their back ground check. This company is evidence of the extreme level of corruption in the state of Texas. If you can go ANY WHERE else do so. The owners of this company should be jailed for theft as should who ever handed them a state contract.
I never take the time to write poor reviews online, but this time it is needed. Every-time I have been to this place I have had nothing but problems and all the employees are EXTREMELY rude and talk to you like you are an idiot. Today I went for a SCHEDULED appointment for 9:20am, got there and the door was locked with multiple people standing outside waiting. Finally an employee comes out, and is rude right off the bat, saying " I don't know why you're all here we don't open until noon and we're not doing fingerprints today anyway" after we all told him we were able to make appointments online he said "that's not my problem you need to call them" and I told him I had a screen shot of the appointment he said "I don't really care about your picture, I'm just trying to relax" I can't believe a business can hire such rude arrogant people!
I took the morning off of work and drove an hour each direction for my TSA pre-check appointment.
The parking lot is empty. The doors are locked. The building is dark. When I called the national number, I was told that I should have received a text that my appointment was canceled as the facility is closed today. I received no such text. The only offer they provided was that I reschedule. This company will not get a dime of my money.
Who updates their website during business hours!? No answer to when it will be done- no work around for making appointments while it's down! Who do you know politically that you got the contract in NY? So I can tell them how unorganized of a company you are! I can't work without this stupid fingerprinting- thanks for interfering with "my pursuit of happiness."
This company should be shut down!
I went to the Identogo on 20th Ave and Bath Ave tonight. The gentleman was very kind and professional.
The location in Denver off of Cherry St is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. The person taking the fingerprints was rude, condescending, told me I had fake nails, and blamed me for not getting good fingerprints. She then asked why I wasn't interacting with her and if I was listening. This is a SERVICE and I am a CUSTOMER. Awful customer service!
Customer service does not pick ever and I need assistance for my state license. It's absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have to get digital fingerprinting I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I went to their office on N. Atlantic in Cape Canaveral Fl. They instantly renewed my TSA gave me a new number on the spot and were a pleasure to work with.
I scheduled an appointment for the first Saturday of the month. I arrived for my appointment in the morning in the building was locked. I was not notified that they were having technical difficulties and no one would be in to take my fingerprints. And when I mentioned it to the person taking my fingerprints he offered no apology, very poor customer service. The office is very creepy and shady.
I wish I could give them a zero. I had to use this company for a background check to obtain a professional license. They have me listed as having been arrested. Never have been arrested in my life. The courts and police department don't have a record of an arrest... because I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED! Now this is holding me up.
Provided help # is just an entanglement of robo voice redirection. If you happen to finally get to an employee they are quick to transfer you back to the robo system as to not be bothered nor provide any assistance. Wish I could give ZERO Stars!
When setting up service, fingerprinting, as a customer to use this service you must have a code to pay for services; however, when entering candidates background requirements system doesnt ask you for payment code! And is quick to let you leave without paying. How about pay by credit card upon need!?!
Went to the Bloomington location right off of 494 W, IdentoGO 2626 E 82nd St Ste 150, Lady was super rude asked me if I had a mask and I told her no thinking she would just give me one. She then proceeds to tell me "well you should have one", then super passively aggressive slams the mask on the counter. To wake up and go do something that you need to get done and to have someone overly rude its just such a morning killer. My mood is shot and hopefully it gets better. Then tells me I have to pay when I actually didn't have to since im an employee through M Health Fairview..
Well, first of all, the location on Google maps isn't the location. It moved and they never changed it. They don't have a phone number to call either. By the time I found the place and got there 20 minutes later, I explained the issue and they were EXTREMELY rude. Like really, really rude and denied me an appt., Or even the opportunity to wait to see if someone else didn't show for an appt. Never looked up at me once. I am never rude. I usually like to believe that people are having bad days, and a little kindness brings you a long way. Not this time. Awful experience. Now I have to find a different place in a short period of time. THEY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS!
I had a most unpleasant experience today with the staff at the Cherry Hill office at 57 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ. There are two doors. The right one was locked, so I entered through the left one. At this point, there was this woman who asked me what time was my appointment (very first question). I told her 4:30. She looks at her list and tells me that my appointment is cancelled. Surprised, I asked her why? And she tells me she is short staffed. There was only her and nobody else to do the work. I was nonplussed. I asked her if she cancelled my appointment then why did she not send me a text or email? She says she doesn't know and tells me to leave. Then she asks me "are you here for finger print"? I say "No I am here for TSA pre check". Luckily, I see an adjoining room which happened to be the TSA pre-check room. Ignoring her, I go into that room. I am asked to sit in the waiting room. This woman (the first one) follows me and starts pacing the room for a few seconds and then leaves, muttering "... smart $#*!." I could not hear the whole thing.
All this unpleasantness could have been avoided if she had asked me " Are you here for finger print or TSA pre check?". I did not know there were other services. I hope I never have to go to that office again. In all fairness, I have to say the TSA Precheck staff was pleasant.
I showed up 10 minutes early they were all super friendly. The name unfortunately is not on my receipt but I was there 9/8 and the girl who helped me was professional and kind answered my questions or found out if she didn't know. Not sure how long it will take to get them back but I will post an update!
I scheduled an appointment with the local police department through the Identogo website. I had my prints taken digitally but I have no clue where my digital prints are stored or were sent. Any customer service number is out of order. The Identogo website is useless. I now have to go back and get another set of old-fashioned ink prints done. Do not use Identogo unless you have no other choice. Lousy service.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.
Answer: I was forced to. The company I was getting my fingerprints for had no other options. Believe me, they will know how Identogo treats their "customers".
Answer: Your are lucky if you receive them at all. They take money and give nothing in return.
Answer: I would not believe a word they tell you. These people are lairs and crooks
Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
