Super easy and fast. I was genuinely surprised and greatly pleased.
I was forced to do this, in that I was not allowed to access ANY of my governmental programs (seven of those that I tried) unless I COMP:IED with this ID, thing. I HAD, NO CHOICE, PERIOD. That should NOT have been. I SHOULD have had a CHOICE as to whether or not, to participate. It took me eleven hours to complete your WAY TOO MANY personal information requests, and 49 rejections of the information given. I had NO WAY to prove YOU are NOT part of a scam. I was VERY worried, concerned and frightful that this information would go to the wrong people. You offered NO verifiable information that your are whom you say you are. And you blocked every method of getting into my seven Government account(S) until I complied with the ID thing. I was VERY uncomfortable providing pictures of EVERYTHING that SCAMMERS would just love to have. PICTURES, no less, of everything. NOW, whomever you are, you have it all, and I am at your Mercy. I am not happy with that. AND, with all the cyber breaches lately, even if you are legit, it is STILL to the excellent hacker. I would have had trouble telling some one this information in person, much less, have cyber record of it.

My neighbor and I tried to use the site with my dumb smart phone and nether of us could figure it out and did not complete it on the phone. I got an email on my computer that it had NOT been completed. On the computer I could easily log in, use my web cam to talk to the representative and follow along to complete the ID process and could easily go back a page if I needed to instead of looking the the link hidden on the dumb phone page.
Easy good experience, straight forward. It was kind of difficult at first but eventually I figured out how to use the system. The webcam was having issues and it started working in the end and I meet with a representative.
