Took me a long time, almost gave up, trial and error, until finally got through. I was nervous about video call, bot it wasn't so bad,got a nice lady to do face time and was short.

I'm no computer expert by any definition, but the process of submitting pictures of multiple documents, following all the requirements and directions on email, text and "on-line" at the same time, video calling with an impatient representative, and dropped internet connections was enough to give me a headache and took over an hour, and this, just allow me to log into the IRS website. Once logged in, verifying my information, which was already correct, took two minutes. Rather frustrating. I understand that they are just trying to verify identity, but I wonder how many people are able to follow this process. This was more difficult than filling out my taxes.
