Very satisfied with my experience it was very quick to get in and get what I need
I hate this company with a passion for not being able to verify my identity in a satisfactory and efficient manor. Because of the highly specific documents they require it took them 3 months to verify my identity and during that 3 months I had no money because I needed to verify my identity with these askholes in order to get unemployment insurance. Fck these askholes, this company slucks.

First time.This was a totally different experience on the phone for me.Didnt have a idea that this could be the new way to identify yourself.
Initially I was put off by what I thought would be a complicated process to establish my ID. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to complete the process and would encourage others to do so.
Not really an exciting one but its a lot better than stay on the phone for 6 hours or more. Totally a bad experience
