I had to do the process many times before it would verify. If people do not have technology skills it is a problem. I am concerned with elderly who don't possess the skills and/or the equipment to even complete the process. There should be a way to contact the IRS easily for help or other options to verify.

The process was too time consuming but otherwise I felt secure in delivering my information I even Google to be sure that it was a secure site and it was so that made me feel a little more comfortable because in the beginning I was apprehensive about giving my information over the internet

Overall, I felt very safe, secure in all of the processes, confiming who I was, my name change, etc. Very professional as well, during video confirmation, short time to complete.
So fast, user friendly, and has a cool face scanner process. It took less than five minutes from start to finish with wonderful explanations and instructions along the way.
