I wish I could give 0 rating. I have tried to purchase 14 pro max phone, 2nd generation AirPods, air track and changer for my dad. I couldn't apply 10% for being a active service member. They just have written words for 10% off for veteran and government employee. Trust me that policy is just to show off. My payment is still on hold with my debit and credit card both for the forth time. It wasn't issue with my bank. My payment was declined. I tried reaching out apple and they said my id wasn't verified. Strange I had went to Apple Store and the employee helped me to purchase my items and verify my id. I had done for store pick up all the times. I couldn't get help form anywhere. Being a genuine customer extremely disappointed by apple this time.

First, you have to spend 10 to 15 minutes trying to login. It always takes at least three attempts. Now the government has your biometrics and can identify you wherever you happen to be. Which would be fine if they actually helped… They do not. The old irs.gov let you look at your deposits made during the year for which quarterly estimates. Does not happen with ID.me.com…you can see the deposits made on taxes which you previously filed, but that's it. Maybe it's because I am the spouse of the primary tax payer, which makes it even worse. Trust the feds to discriminate against women… This whole thing sucks.

Tried login.gov and had it all setup a few days ago. My security keys were added and verified but today it wouldn't recognize either of them and wouldn't let me re-add them back in. So I tried ID.me, set up the keys, verified numerous times on my desktop and then my cell and all worked great. I'm looking for solid, secure and reliable logins.
