I needed to replace my social security card, it was a time-sensitive situation for a job. I was having issues logging into the social security site because of an address issue. I started to panic and did some research on what options were available to solve these issues and I ran across the ID.me login which I had no idea existed.The process to verify my identity was extremely easy. The agent I dealt with was professional,very pleasant and very friendly. The process took all of 5 minutes and I was able to log into the SSA site and resolve my issue. I'm incredibly grateful that this option exists and that the people running it took the time to make it as efficient and easy as it was. It is rare these days that a customer feels like they are cared about. I would say given the time this company took to set up their processes and ensure its execution definitely is a sign that they care about the satisfaction of the people who use their service, as well as have pride in what they do. Thank you for caring about what you do, it was a breath of fresh exoerience!

I wanted to understand what my benefits were, and how I stood in the future. I was surprised to see how easy and simple it was to use the website. I found the information I was looking for easy and conveniently.
This was by far the worse experience ever. A full star is being generous if there was a half star option that's all this deserves. I created an account and still can't login after being verified what junk. Who wants so much security that you get locked out of your account and nobody after hour's to resolve an issue. This is crazy absolutely ridiculous. And the chat assistant is useless as basketball cleats. I have a problem that's not one of the options and it can't help me because it can't understand the issue I'm typing that I need to resolve. What a waste of time. Having that chat bot instead of an actual person is just a bad idea. You might as well hire an agent to answer phones that can barely speak or understand English I'd rather deal with that than that turd of an assistant. Sorry I'm just honest I don't sugar coat anything. I'm just aggravated all the time I spent and still can't log in. Unbelievable. Thank you for wasting my time I can't tell you how much I don't appreciate that. Idme needs to R.i.p. Rot in pieces. Wow what a huge hassle it's supposed to make it better but failed epically for me.
