Never received the email to start the video verification process. Sent a question to the help center and it was not answered correctly. It appears the question was not understood. Tried various times to access the NJ PAC site, which requires AD. Me, and was aways told I would receive and email for verification. This all took place over a 11 day period of time. Finally, I made one more attempt to access the NJ PAC site and this time it took me directly to video verification site. The wait for the video call was short and very easy. The ID. Me site should have a place where you can request the video verification. It would make the process much easier.
