Signed into with the pass code I received from the TWC. Once into your website I was hooked up with "CYNCHEALTH!" I have no idea who CYNCHEALTH. Is! Then I started getting error codes over and over and over again. I finally got hooked back into TWC and all of a sudden I get a notice that my info was supposedly sent to them. First of all I don't remember ever using ID. Me in the past but did see something about a verification that was done on 2-24-24 I believe. I am not sure. Point being, it was NOT a please t experience using ID. Me!
