Most outrageous time consuming circular jerk. Redundant circular verification texts, errors, no help, and even after days of effort and finally setting up account...ERRORS! No ability to access IRS account more circular verifications with no way out or in. So mad and frustrated right now. Look, I'm competent I can work these apps, programs, and processes but this is a complete mind fk.

I felt that IRS team are as police men. So I was so nervous. The last Sunday evening IRS called me that I had to prove on the video such as Passport, Social security #, Drive licence. First time I was scared but I saw worker who is very kindness with smile, she makes me calm down. I felt no more nervous. So I smiled too, unfortunately I forget my nice worker's name. I have to write down but my apologized.
