First, it asked for more evidence to verify my identity, sure. But that is peace of mind. The video verification was short and effective. Once verified, access to my desired site was instantaneous with no wait times. There are a couple nitpicks but nothing terrible. Changing documents is not all that intuitive making this a bit more difficult for older people but not impossible. Once verified, all is good.

Can't use it to log in to the IRS website as a business, because it is used for my personal. Can't start a business account with the same email. I use my email for both. Now I can't log in to the IRS site as a business.
