Used ID.me for IRS access. It literally took minutes to complete. Tried the selfie with my glasses on, but like the instructions say, it doesn't work with glasses. Try it yourself it's not that hard at all.
I had to log in and out of the site multiple times, re-enter the same information several times and the whole process was very time consuming.

Many older people do not have smartphones and do not have the capability of doing all of it. I think the process needs to be a little easier for older adults.
