It was the the best experience I had when I tried it for the first time and I really enjoyed the service
I had to take multiple pictures of my license and passport before they were finally recognized, I had to do the video selfie process multiple times, and even after that, I still had to wait 5 minutes for an agent to watch me wave my license and passport in front of the selfie camera to confirm that I actually had them. What a total waste of time. There are so many companies doing the same thing much, much better, it's ridiculous that this is the company the US gov't has chosen to use.
