It took me several tries to provide the useable documents but once they were accepted, the rest of the verification process went pretty smoothly and the instructions were easy to follow. The follow up emails after each step helped a lot to keep me aware of where we were in the process with the links to get right back to where we were at.

Terrible site. Does not allow updates nor does it comply with the requirements of the organization it is requesting the verification for. Disappointing.
