This process was the most comfortable one I've experienced up to date. The interface felt really user friendly. The structure of the process makes it feel less stressful.
The learning curve is long. I suppose if someone needed help with it, I could now speak knowledgeably on the process. It would have help me if I had read over the entire instructions at least 3 times before jumping in. As it is, it's the only game in town for secure payments to the IRS, and it is doable. The agent helping me with the zoom verification process was very patient.
We have ATT as carrier, and we kept getting rejected once we started getting the 6 digit confirm codes; they were not being accepted once they hit our three cell phones; we talked to ATT, finally resolved some issue they have created by receiving ID.me 6 digit pass codes...once they remove the glitch, it was no problem to complete the setup tasks.
