Tried to use photos of my drivers license to verify my id.me account. 6 times I tried to upload the photos not accepted Photos were not blurry. Retook them until I was told attempts no longer valid.
Pyramid Air didn't honor it. This was after they offered it at the start of checking out. The claim was the Item was already on sale. So in reality there's no advantage in being a Veteran at PA if the item is on sale not even free shipping for a Vet.
Getting the information into the system went smoothly. It was so quick and easy!
I have to use another government program to get cleared to log into my VA account. Other programs say your information is not correct. With ID.me I fill in what they ask for and get cleared.
Bio-metrics privacy should be easily deleted. I feel my privacy has been violated. I want to be able to easily access my personal information - INCLUDING - the bio-metrics that were needed to complete my payment of a bill. Those bio-metrics were not necessary and citizens should have a right to their own privacy and how that information is disseminated. They should also be able to EASILY access the information and delete it without having to search the web on how to delete the information. Explicit directions on how to delete this information should be given in the FAQ section and in the menu under personal/private information.

So frustrated with this site! I am not able to get my military service verified but no reason is given. Instead, you are sent from page to page to read "articles" which offer NO solution! If you are going to tell someone you are unable to verify them, GIVE THEM A REASON WHY so they can fix it! Oh and you won't get a real person to speak to EVER! Unless of course you go through the steps to make an appointment for a video chat and even that it seems may not get approved! WHAT A JOKE!

Summary: Their system would not upload required DL scan in any picture format. Then sent a link that accessed UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS to my phones Video Camera. No prompts, No warning. No procedures, No information. Very Poor oversight and management of published requirements and links. No Excuse whatsoever for privacy breech! Few if any alternatives with government sites, like SSA now. Sad... Sad

I go through great hoops to secure my ID. This was a very thorough and well designed platform for an ID check to secure my info. Yes, it was a semi lengthy process but not near as long as it would take to clean up the mess if someone were to steal my information.
