The video conference was done well. The representative was helpful and considerate of my computer skills. The documentation portion was terrible and took 4 hours. Cell phones are not my ideal method of providing documentation and did not go smoothly.

If you don't use or know how to use zoom please help yourself by getting the app on your phone and computer. Second get onto your settings menu on your laptop/computer etc. and verify your camera and microphone is set to allow access. And make sure you know how to switch tabs on your cell phone if not google the instructions and practice a few times just in case. Try to use zoom via their instructions contacting family members or friends so your comfortable with the web page and then start your ID.me process it will be a breeze for you and not like me who felt like an idiot when they couldn't hear me and when they ask me to do things (change tab on phone) I had no idea what they were talking about and finally they had to let my call go for lack of ability to communicate. Next time I tried I knew how to do as ask from watching instruction video's and family members putting up with my zoom practice sessons :)

I was trying to change my password so I had to go through the photo upload again. Using my iPhone took the picture but it kept saying take another picture. I finally got one accepted and was doing the back side and a message popped up to retake the front side. It was a hassle so I finally got on line with an agent and she looked at my photos which I guess were uploaded and cleared me to change the password. The agent was great!
When using my windows pin it was easy and quick. One day i had to log in to pay some taxes which usually takes no more than 5 minutes. After it didnt take my pin, the next 25 minuites i spent trying to verify my identity. I understand verifying to keep your log in secure and all that, but ID.me has a ridiculous process. First i got a text to upload front and back pics of my drivers license (which i did 2 times front and 2 times back and sent the text, they did not take. So then i got a text requesting a selfie. After this verification process taking 20-25 minutes alone, i ended up spending over half hour doing something billable that shouldve and usually only takes 5 minutes max! I wont use id me again. (sorry for all of the grammatical errors).

If you use this site and you fill out the forms and do not get verified try it again. I believe some people go through all the steps only to get turned down. It happened to me. But I took the time to do it a second time and was verified. So don't give up
