I confirmed my identity by providing a valid drivers license picture ID, then a video selfie and now I STILL have to call the IRS for further confirmation? I called at 530pm, they are supposed to be open until 7 for calls, and the answering service said they couldn't take my call bc they were too busy. Completely ridiculous.

Apparently the steps in their process are not connected. It was necessary to upload my Driver License in 3 separate steps.
