Followed instructions to the letter. My User ID and Password were suspended. I filed a support ticket. It took them THREE WEEKS to correct after multiple follow-ups. I had to use it because NJ unemployment won't issue payments without it. I had to take out a 401K withdrawal WITH PENALTY! I've filed a formal complaint with the NJ Unemployment Department.
