Quite horrible to use. The links they send to your phone fail with "low memory" on your phone, even though there's 30+ GB free. Their site won't take a scanned image of your passport - either incompetence or maybe not enough money in selling passport images. You can't use a web cam on a PC to for the image, only on your phone, otherwise you get the ever-informational "there was a problem" error. Incompetence rules at id.me! But I guess that matters little with a big government contract in your pocket, where failure is rewarded with more money!
