E has gotten to me that I no longer want to finish my taxes to the point where I am the
Victim but am treated like I am the criminal,
And don't know how to explain the hoops they put me through., I have been waiting for days hours and into the night, till I am numb.
To hear from a IRS agent was told I would get a call never did tell me when, the time, and that was on the 1rst of Sept so do I sit by my phone waiting for a call well it never came. So no I am not doing another thing I don't care about the refund or if they are going to put me in jail. I am done untill I get a straight up answer from somebody who isn't going to tell me to go to this site now they tell me go to this other site and so on and so on If anybody has been through this you can relate. Horrible right?

The wait time was the only thing that took the longest. Once the meeting started it was simple and easy to use. The agent was very professional and attentive.
This company has been sending me scripted emails since the month of April. This company is supposed to verify you for unemployment which is a government agency, but finds ways not to verify you. I have uploaded the proper documents that were asked and still no help. The wait time is 5 hours and they give you a video to watch knowing that you would never get through to anyone. This company is a scam and a fraud and should not be used for the purposes of a government agency. They go so far is lying and tell you you can leave your browser up and when you click back in you'll be back in the slot that you left off. When you go back to that slots the time has increased back up to 4 hours and 58 minutes. I have even email the owner of this company with no response but I will get a scripted email 2 weeks later telling me a member of their support team is going to contact me at the earliest convenience. I'm just thinking now it's the way for the government agency not to do their job and to put it off on this company. Known it's a li e and Ms Lee their customers on a witch Hunt.

It was fast and easy. It was after midnight and I needed to access an Important Acct and ID.Me was very easy to use to set up my acct. First step of verification didn't work, so the 2nd part was with a Live Agent via Video, but I didn't have to wait long for a Live Agent and the process only took about 3 mins with the Live agent and I was all set up.

Excited that I nearly achieved 100% satisfaction with ID. Me. As far as filling in some info, I only had one hiccup, that was on me. Other than that, it's a well worth experience.
Not user friendly. After spending a very long time to set this up when I wanted to send documents I kept getting an error message very frustrating. I'm just going to mail the documents

Couldn't find the right answers for the questions
I had one job for 31.5 years at SSL
But it changed to Maxar at the end and didn't know how to documented in the application and I couldn't get any support
I wanted to double check my information but had forgotten my password, I went through the process and reset the info, and it only took a minute or so. Very happy with the experience.
The procedure was a little confusing at first, but I got into it and laugh at myself for making it so hard. I make a recommendation to try it " you'll like it". Lol
