I am happy that id.me is trying to keep identities secure but improvements can be made to expedite the process with live agents on hand to coach. I am still thankful

It was simple and easy to follow. This is my first shot experience. However, I could not complete due to the problem to link my Samsung Android phone with my computer.
I had to wait 24 hrs to try again. It's difficult to set up. I used dl would not work. I resorted to la handicapped I'd guess the card is less compromise from less use. I just kept trying. Thank you

Fantastic and secure to protect my identity. The Internal Revenue Service requires the best to sign in with them. It required my drivers license and a photo of myself.

My EDD came to an end so I needed to renew my account, but to do so I had to go through ID.me to verify who I am. During the process of identifying myself with ID.me online by uploading all the information and copies of documents requested they rejected my application. So I started the process of reaching out to their support desk to resolve any issue.
That 'Support' desk interaction started 3 weeks ago and all I've had from them during that time is 3 emails (auto generated I would guess) telling me to 'rest assured' that they are dealing with the issue.
I've Googled a number for the Support Desk to try and speak to someone, but all you get is a recorded message saying to email them... which I'm having no joy with.
What they don't grasp is that without ID.me confirming who I am I can not apply for further income support which is my only form of income right now during what is a very difficult job search. So I'm at the point of not knowing which bill to not pay so I can buy food.
This is totally unacceptable. I don't know where to turn next.

Why don't you get a setup it's easy, it's annoying because I had to use a login talk of I don't know that I have an ID me but they're all the same
My unemployment payments are being held up until I figure out how to get to a form that apparently exists. It is so concerned with getting me to buy stuff through them that I can not figure out how to actually verify my identity THE WHOLE POINT OF THE WEBSITE. I can not believe my taxes pay for the government to use a service so ridiculous.
