Overall was a good experience. Agent was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I am not very internet savy. Process took approimately 15 minutes from start to finish.
I must say that although my experience wasn't the best one due to technical difficulties and are my own inability to operate the technical devices that I was on it would have been a great thing it definitely beats sitting around with a phone to your ear waiting on hold and such as that so instead of thinking of my experience I must request those of you reading my review simply give it a try because if you do have the ability to operate your devices you will probably have a very enjoyable experience with this site because it is loads better than being on the phone waiting are in my case not being able to get through always a busy signal so please give this site the required information and you will probably be pleased with the results and how quick your results are gotten either way I hope this helps someone take the chance on using this site and allowing ID me to help them be done and getting on with their day thanks everyone stay safe and blessed be your all
