By the time I was finished wading through this tangled process I wanted to throw my phone and my computer at the wall. Surely there is a less convoluted way to establish a secure identity system.
It was alright I guess the process could have went a lot smoother and a lot easier but it didn't and then you all ended up blocking me out of my account so now that my
I honestly logged in and it said more than 5 hours estimate wait. So I logged out "save for later" the next day I logged in around 10am and it still said more than 5 hours. I left my laptop screen on and went on with my day at home. Every now and then I would come back and check on it & after 3 hours it still said more than 5 hours. So I started reading reviews. Some said log in at 4am some say it took days. But I didn't get discouraged. After a while my estimate time disappeared and I read a review that said refresh the page and so I did and it finally said 56 minutes! I kept refreshing every few minutes and finally it said 10 minutes and then 3 and boom! I was able to connect with a trustee and the FaceTime meeting took about 5 minutes to get verified. Well I finished at exactly 5pm. Took a long time but it did work. I hope this helps!

My REAL ID was in place but my Social Security #, address of 20+ years & home phone number is not enough? We as a nation are already in deep TROUBLE, the laws of our LAND are a joke! Our NATION has already been overtaken & it seems people are afraid to speak up after the real criminals are running the country!

They suck. The only phone number they have sends you back to email and they wont talk to you without a $#*!load of documents that you cant get due to the pandimic. They are supposed to help you and they just screw you without haveing the curtacy to even speak to you. EDD should be ashamed of themselves for not getting a better service to help people like me who are losing everything and its services like this that are making us feel like nothing

It was easy and very clear,confident and secure,got to the point that for the first time I feel very happy

I'm pretty easy to get signed up with it I think I had a hard time with Windsor my pictures getting a picture taken I got that don't know I ain't got that done yet I'm still trying to get that done and somethings wrong I don't know what your side my side but it's not working right

Every form, ID, paper I submitted was denied. Took me at least an hour to finally get verified, it was a total headache dealing with company, plus they send me an email telling me to sign into my cox account to get my benefit when I did NOTHING!
