I do not have a driver's license just an ID card so could not use driver's license option my address is different and logged with the IRS through identity verification there but you do not give the option to enter a new address therefore blocking me out of the IRS website because the addresses do not match the process was overall difficult and annoying

Even the most difficult part of a video call, having the call drop, was handled well and better than expected. This system was very valuable after an identity theft of considerable consequence.

The lady I had for my verification video call was beyond amazing!. She was so kind and got everything needed quickly she was just perfect I guess is what you would say!
Not easy. Could not put in Control Number anywhere. Lady we ended up calling was great. We tried three times while on hold.

While the person I dealt with on the Video Conference was professional, and we got the process done fairly quickly, it took me almost 3 hours to get to that point, and then I had to log back in to retrieve my IP Pin, which I was told would be emailed to me.
