I assisted in the process as to entering the information in the computer. For a friend assited to complete he did not have knowledge to using the computer or your process it was completly to long and unfair to the wait times of completeing the whole entire processs to provide income for the comsumer. They have to go with out while waiting for your company. Not fair at all.

I was having problem doing a selfie for my identity so I kept trying to where I couldn't get a complete selfie of my whole face, but I didn't give up, so I was getting help from the chat message agent, and I asked if It was possible that I could talk to a live agent to help and I received help and the steps was very easy and quick and the live agent help me with the process.
I was Thankful. I was appreciative for the understanding, the helpful experience that was given to me.

I had to use it to log into the IRS. The process was simple and efficient. Biases aside, if it's good enough for them it's good enough for me.

Took me a long time, almost gave up, trial and error, until finally got through. I was nervous about video call, bot it wasn't so bad,got a nice lady to do face time and was short.

The process took too long to verify my information even though I submitted required information. I was unable to use my information toward my purchase discount.
Personally identifiable information (driver's license and passport images) and Zoom videos going back and forth between my computer and smartphone. NUMEROUS verification codes going back and forth via email and phone text, some of them were 10+ digits and sent via Zoom Video voice.
What a Rube Goldberg!
My college requires me to submit a non filer claim in and I have to log into the irs website using ID.me. When making my account I have attempted to submit 3 $#*!ing different forms of identification images just for every single one of them to be "unable to verify my information" and I must join a video call with a god damn representative. If whatever dumbass rep they put on a god damn zoom call with me is able to see my ID better from my $#*!ing webcam while I hold it up better than a still submitted image they have some sort of alien superpowers. This website has absolutely zero purpose and only is made to waste your time. All I need is to download one paper document for me to fill out and the trash over complicated information stealing government can't $#*!ing help but make me log in with my ID. JUST GIVE ME A $#*!ING PDF DOWNLOAD! 0/10
I'm not used to this type of technology, it's kind of scary, but I don't care because I'm a red blooded American and will pull out deciet from anybody. But take your time and be patient.

Inputting my ID was really easy and smooth once I made it the other side the information I got definitely crushed me and honestly took all the wind out of my sails but God blessed me any way my son was here and that kept me online so not all bad just not a 5

I use it to check on my tax information. If I set it up to use on my Health account, it will be useful.
I almost got done filling everything out until I got to the selfie and I think my taxes are due tomorrow oh my goodness what am I going to do now no telephone number no immediate reaction that I can do so I put three tickets through and by the time I woke up it was all taken care of so I guess I don't need a telephone number but it would be kind of nice to have one just in case
