Great customer service. Very helpful. Explain everything to me in details in English and Spanish. Give him a 5 will recommend. Didn't mind to repeat untill i understood.
Never tried it before but my experience with it was very frustrating you need to figure out how to upload documents better than what there is now crazy
The technology is going too far as duplicate everything as possible since I was victimized stolen identity so Id me would help alot to match my true identity
When using my windows pin it was easy and quick. One day i had to log in to pay some taxes which usually takes no more than 5 minutes. After it didnt take my pin, the next 25 minuites i spent trying to verify my identity. I understand verifying to keep your log in secure and all that, but ID.me has a ridiculous process. First i got a text to upload front and back pics of my drivers license (which i did 2 times front and 2 times back and sent the text, they did not take. So then i got a text requesting a selfie. After this verification process taking 20-25 minutes alone, i ended up spending over half hour doing something billable that shouldve and usually only takes 5 minutes max! I wont use id me again. (sorry for all of the grammatical errors).
I reached out for help several times I got the same response which was the simple log in instructions but I still cannot get into at account tries to calll can't speak with anyone

Feeling helpless, I had recurring failures trying to get my ID validated from my home in Germany. But after a call for customer support, their assistant walked me through the right steps to successfully get my ID validated, and for VA and IRS all is great now!

I used my NY Drivers License for enrolling in ID.me for IRS.gov. Started on my PC, then provided my mobile number and received the link on my mobile as SMS, followed the prompts, provided the snapshots requested for my drivers license (had to take them twice), then enabled the camera for a selfie against a white background (no glasses, that was tricky for me, couldn't see the instructions),, waited a few seconds for approval, went back to my PC to confirm information presented to me, and completed the whole process, from beginning to end, in about 5 min.

I couldn't have done this identity checking process on my own. I'm 78 years old. I needed my daughter to help me. It even took her a while and she has a PhD. Can't they make this any simpler?

I had a bad connection and when I was cut off my heart sank. I was afraid I'd have to start at beginning of process but the agent called me back, and continued where we left off.
As long as you know all about yourself to be able to login securely this site will help look up crucial info. I found not only was it super secure but it was quick to do everything
They may hold your private data for seven years. It should not be this invasive to gain the data I require to begin the process of taking back what little percentage these thieves wish to give back.

I had a friend help me and We thought it was for Charities and Non-profits. I am not that great on computers and the rest is history. Sure hope someone else does not make the same mistake.
