I use ID.me everywhere that I can. It makes signing into gov and state sites extremely easy and seamless. Verifying your identity quickly with those kind of sites quickly is very useful. I feel like it helps relieve some of the stress that you might feel trying to get things like healthcare records from the VA or a new social nonexistent.
I recommend the ID me process. Great improvements in ease of use to gain identification enhance and optimize the experience for quick resolution and platform access.
Wasted time taking pictures, front and back of 2 documents uploading them and then still needing video call to verify. Whats the point of uploading if they are not used? Then to take a survey to tell them it was a big waste of time as I could not get into the NJ dept of Taxation by using the app.
