Great 😃. It was very pleasant to see a real person at the computer screen. I was able to get all my questions answered in a prompt and convenient way. I recommend real ID for it is creativity and simplicity. I wish I was the one that created the software. What a brilliant idea.
Made a couple of mistakes. Had to go back and figure out what I did wrong and eventually got it right.
I spend hours online checking many websites trying to find out information regarding my past tax returns and missing forms. Could not find any concrete answers and was constantly being directed elsewhere. Many of them just asked for my personal private information (ssn…bank info etc). ID.me made me feel secure with my information and had all the answers I needed! Will definitely keep them within reach!

Will not let me past sign in! Every single time I log in I am REPEATEDLY sent verification codes which I enter, but when I try to navigate to my healthevet I absent another code. It's ridiculous! Please fix this issue so we can get to our information!
