Why is there no negative-stars option? A laborious and confusing document upload process that wanted me to go to my phone to upload a picture of my passport, when I have a high-resolution scan of it on my computer. An inscrutable message saying it couldn't be accepted anyway, after I had to finagle getting the scan to my phone. The prevention of me being able to quickly self-service through the advertised "2-5 minute" long doc upload + selfie process, and being sent to the "5-10 minute" docs + video call w/ agent route. An entirely different, laborious, and confusing doc upload mode (from my computer this time) that made me upload 4 documents despite asking for 3. That upload mode accepting the same high-res scan that was unacceptable from my phone. A wait time queue that pretended I had "less than two minutes", "1 minute", "less than one minute" for over 45 minutes over two attempts. Seriously, this is gross incompetence and negligence in software user experience. I felt held hostage for two hours doing all of this nonsense, and horrendously lied to about the effortlessness. I hope AI code authors replace the people responsible for this system; can't happen soon enough.
I could not get log.in gov to work on the social security website. Although it worked fine on the VA website. I had previously set up an ID.ME account and used it. It was nice and friendly. I like it.
It was simple and easy I had a great experience, especially when I started talking to one of the agents when I was uploading my car my ID on the video call yeah when she found out, I couldn't upload my ID on the video call. She asked me to go on the zoom and she directed me to do so so it was good.
