Nightmare. I typically check MyHealtheVet about once a week. Then, suddenly, my account was "temporarily suspended." What happened next was straight out of Kafka. I'm trying to wave a red flag, but with only "Roy" to respond trying to declare an emergency went unanswered. I was informed that my problem required technical support. I was informed that I would get an email link to technical support. Tried THREE times: nothing. I NEVER got an email.
Finally, I learned that the regional medical center has a MyHealtheVet office. With their outstanding support, I finally got the attention of Id.me. I'm convinced that without their assistance, I would still be trying to lift the suspension. Shame on id.me!

I'm extremely disabled veteran. I'm not very tech savvy. I had so much difficulty setting this up that I was locked out of my medical records for over a month. I couldn't get access to my cancer screening, I couldn't get access to my medical prescriptions for renewal. It was an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, once I finally gave up and decided screw it I've never using my benefits again, I tried to get help with a helpline. The helpline was less useful than the actual login. They literally told me that there's nothing they could do because there's no ADA at this company. That I had to either get somebody to come over to my house somehow and get them to set this up or I was just screwed. Absolute $#*!.

I liked the clear, easy to follow instructions. I used my phone and my laptop (hey, I'm old, those tiny screens are a pain) and received a confirmation email. One less thing to have to follow up.
Horrible. Difficult to use. Will nit accept what all other I'd companies will. Lock photo upload button. Front and back of homeland verified document is not enough. Asks for full social security number. Date of birth is on dl. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not walk, but rub away. Just pick up the phone. This is impossible.
My middle name is spelled out on my SS card and passport. However, it just has my middle initials on my drivers license. I went through the entire process to get my identy verified and everything went through without any trouble until I got to the end. It told me my identify was not verified due to a conflict. I am assuming it was because of my middle initial situation. I tried several times to get back in to spell out my middle initials but I have been locked out of the system.
