I cannot continue the next steps of the process because every time I log in, it says "returning to the verification portal" then times out. I cannot get past this time-out. I attempted to request help online and received a useless bot email. The bot said to respond to it's email and a person would reach out. I did, I haven't received help from anyone. No number to call. No direct way to receive help for your software not working.
