Verifying myself is never fun - I know I'm me. I thought gaining access to government sites like the IRS would be a hassle and take forever. Not the case at all! ID.me made me feel like a person, rather than feeling as if i were going through an interrogation. The person on the video call was quick and to the point, and professional but still personable - even at 9:30 at night. A very good experience, especially since I was expecting the worst.
