Absolutely the worst online experience ever - my phone number was not accepted, location never shows up for in person location, drivers license scan not accepted, wait times on phone are ridiculously unreasonable, no actual help when someone finally answers and basic form email sent with same info available on website as 'solution' for problems encountered. What a total disgrace!
