I was worried about the selfie video and it was the easiest thing because it does it all for you. The upload of the document I recommend that it doesn't have a glare and that it has a black backround like it asks in the instructions. You will be done in no time. When the website takes you to the IRS website your info and dues will be right there in front of you.
I understand this is the future, that this will allow millions of people access to necessary life savings information and help, especially those in remote areas, that are physical unable to get help in time, there has to be an back up plans for those of use who still needs physical human contact.
Gave my personal information to a retailer for a supposed discount and then I didn't receive the discount anyway because of an existing discount such as AARP, AAA, And others. What a joke.
