It was very difficult to verify myself because I had changed my phone number. I had already verified with my ID, selfie, email address and the one thing that got me stuck was the phone number. Even after downloading the app, I couldn't update my phone number.

ID me may seem pesky initially, but once you sign up, makes life so easy in follow up sign in's.

I was told to get authenticated with this service to use my med electronic Rx Service. I did so but my Rx says I am not authenticated. Puts my patients at risk. And I have no one who can help. Instead I get a survey to say how satisfied I am

Had a difficult time in the beginning. I was told I could do all of the sign-up on my phone, which was false. After taking pictures of my documents there was some next step using my phone's camera, that my phone apparently "didn't support". I had to click the "chat with..." option to even find the option to speak to an agent.
I have less issues when I use ID.me instead of Login.gov

Signed up which was a terrible experience. The system timed out several times. Now I can no long log in to the health care portal. Basically, I have received an email telling me that I have an account. When I try to access the account I get nothing nut a message saying "This page is unavailable". I need to message my Doctor now concerning an appointment on the 20th of this month.
