It was wholesomely enjoyable. Of importance also is that it is secure. I felt confident that my data would be protected.

ID.me was fairly easy to set up, and with all of the different verifications needed, it ensures a high level of security to sites such as IRS.gov and others. I especially like the facial recognition verification needed to access my account. This way, I know that others cannot access my account.

I have to deal with many government and veterans websites being a disabled veteran, IDME makes it very easy to log onto all the various websites without having to remember all the login information and very easy to set up and use.

I've been a software developer for 30 years and still had problem after problem with the software over multiple attempts spanning months. This continued when I selected the video call option. Had it not been for finally managing an audio connection with a really helpful agent, who finally resorted to having me connect using Zoom on my phone, I would have given up yet again.

The process was quick and easy, and well worth the time.

Seemed daunting upon reading the instructions for uploading the drivers license, etc, but proved to be well documented and easier to use than expected. Instruction and feedback ("move to a less well lit area") were very helpful. I tend to read only a portion of the directions so I had to redo a step or two. It's all there for the patient person!

Terrible don't work hardly at all I wish they would get rid of this junk it's just a way to discourage people from getting money that's rightfully theres

Only the government can find ways to screw up previous logins with an idea as crappy as this one!

My experience with ID.me, was a great one. They made it easy for me too and put my information. I have used them for years and I am very satisfied with them protecting my information. Also they made it easy for me to get in and out to access and protect my information

I understand that this company wants to positively identify me, but they will want your SS#. In today's world of data breaches, this is not acceptable.
